OVER THESE SESSIONS, WE'LL DEVELOP AN UNDERSTANDING OF NEUTRAL ALIGNMENT, IDENTIFY MOVEMENT PATTERNS AND COMPENSATIONS, AND BUILD A PERSONALIZED FOUNDATION FOR STRENGTH, MOBILITY, AND LONG-TERM PROGRESS.

YOUR FIRST SESSION IS 75 MINUTES AND INCLUDES A COMPREHENSIVE POSTURAL AND MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT. TOGETHER, WE'LL IDENTIFY YOUR UNIQUE MOVEMENT PATTERNS, DISCUSS YOUR GOALS, AND DEVELOP A PERSONALIZED STRATEGY TO SUPPORT YOUR LONG-TERM PROGRESS.

FROM THERE, EACH SESSION BUILDS UPON THE LAST, HELPING YOU IMPROVE STRENGTH, MOBILITY, ALIGNMENT, AND MOVEMENT EFFICIENCY THROUGH A PROGRAM TAILORED SPECIFICALLY TO YOU. ‍
